Protection of personal data
As part of the information and services it offers about the show " Siddhartha L'Opéra Rock ", which it produces, Frankline Productions, the legal publisher of the website www.siddhartha-loperarock.com, is required to collect and process personal data about its users (hereinafter the "Users"). This data is collected mainly via the www.siddhartha-loperarock.com website, but may also be collected more occasionally and sometimes via applications on the show's social networks(https://www.facebook.com/siddharthaloperarock/ | https://www.instagram.com/siddharthaloperarock/ ).

Processing of personal data
Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whatever the process used, and in particular the collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction shall constitute processing of personal data.

Data collected and purpose
We collect certain data from Users in two ways:
(1) their subscription to the newsletter on the Home Page of the website www. siddhartha-loperarock.com (hereinafter referred to asSubscribers)
(2) their registration to games/contests/marketing events organized on the website www. siddhartha-loperarock.com or via the show's social networks (hereinafter referred to as Participants)
The user's email address is compulsorily collected.
Being a Subscriber allows you to receive newsletters sent by the service provider Live Buzz on behalf of the publisher of the website www. siddhartha-loperarock.com, which include information about the show " Siddhartha L'Opéra Rock", its casting, its performances or any other relevant information directly related to it - information and announcements concerning games, contests, related to the show or special offers concerning the show.
The personal data collected in the context of games/contests/marketing events are ad hoc and collected via the show's social networks(https://www.facebook.com/siddharthaloperarock / | https://www.instagram.com/siddharthaloperarock ) sometimes via applications.
The data collected varies according to the marketing operation in progress, which sometimes involves certain conditions (such as living in a certain place, etc.). The participation form, when available, will also offer the possibility of subscribing to the " Siddhartha L'Opéra Rock" newsletters according to the same terms and conditions as those provided for subscribers to the site.
The subscribers and participants constitute the whole of the Users.
In addition, some data is collected automatically as a result of the User's actions on the site (see the paragraph on cookies).
Recipients of the data
The personal data collected is intended solely for the production company Frankline Productions. It is processed by the DPO and may be transmitted for hosting purposes to subcontracting companies that Frankline Productions may call upon for the execution of its services, in particular the sending of mass newsletters.
In this context, personal data may be transferred to a country within or outside the European Union.
Frankline Productions does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the express consent of its Users.
Apart from this, personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
- upon authorization from them ;
- at the request of the legally competent authorities, upon judicial requisition, or in the context of a legal dispute.
Duration of data retention
In order to meet its legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, Frankline Productions, through its DPO, may archive the data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.
Thus, the personal data collected by Frankline Productions concerning the identity and contact details of its Users are archived for a maximum of two years after the termination of the relationship between the Users and Frankline Productions. The termination of the relationship is understood as the voluntary unsubscription to the website or the newsletter.
In accordance with the regulations, the User has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him/her, which allows him/her to rectify, complete, update or delete data that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
The User also has the right to request the limitation of the processing, and to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of his personal data. The User may also communicate instructions on what to do with his/her personal data in the event of death.
Where applicable, the User may request the portability of his/her data, or, where the legal basis for the processing is consent, withdraw his/her consent at any time.
The User may exercise his rights by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The User may unsubscribe from the "Siddhartha L'Opéra Rock" newsletter or mass emails by following the unsubscribe links in each of these emails.
In the event of a dispute, the User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, whose contact details can be found at http://www.cnil.fr.
The User may access detailed information on the use of his personal data, in particular concerning the purposes of the processing, the legal bases allowing Frankline Productions to process the data, their retention periods, their recipients and, where applicable, the transfers of such data to a country outside the European Union, as well as the guarantees implemented. To do so, the User can send his request by email to email@example.com.
The cookies necessary for navigation on the site

- Storage of exported data offline on an external hard drive at the DPO's premises
- Online hosting for mass mailings with a proven external service provider that complies with the RGPD.
Furthermore, access to the processing by the site editor's services is limited to the DPO.
Any changes will be notified via our website or by email, where possible, at least thirty days before they become effective.
